Youth in grade 6 through grade 12 are welcome to be part of the Trinity Youth Group. The Youth Group meets for service projects, discussions about our faith and just to have some fun. Among other activities, we go to retreats at Camp Calumet (the Lutheran camp in New Hampshire), participate in the Walk Against Hunger in Hartford and enjoy each other’s company at Trinity.
In addition, every three years, 30,000 high school youth and their adult leaders from across the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America gather for a week of faith formation known as the ELCA Youth Gathering. Through days spent in interactive learning, worship, Bible study, service and fellowship, young people grow in faith and are challenged and inspired to live their faith in their daily lives.
