I hope this email finds you well.

I am reaching out to you on behalf of the staff and volunteers of Hockanum Valley Community Council. Throughout the year, we are truly fortunate to have local places of worship take their time to help us in our shared mission to provide support to those most in need in our community. Today, instead of asking for your support, I would like to share with you some of the services HVCC is available to offer to you, as well as your friends and loved ones, that may be struggling through this current health crisis.

Clinical Services…There has been an increasing need for therapeutic support. Please know that through our Tele Medicine options, HVCC is able to meet with patients from the safety and comfort of their own home. We are currently taking on new clients, with ages as young at 7 years.

Transportation…Our Dial A Ride services are working hard to make sure clients are able to get to the grocery store and other essential appointments.

Food Pantry…We are currently operational and fully intend on providing food to those most in need. Accommodations can be made for those who are self-isolated and in need of pantry deliveries.
